The state of professional basketball in the US outside the NBA

Our CEO states in recent Gm training  “I believe the state of pro basketball outside the NBA is at a critical and vulnerable” place in the US..

In a ABC  news report in January 2017 there was a list of the top pro basketball leagues in the world outside the NBA and they were:

1. Euro League

2. Spain’s Liga ABC

3. Turkish Basketball Super League

4.Russia’s VTB United League

5. Germany Basketball Bundesliga

6. Italy’s Lega Basket Serie A

7.France’s LNB Pro A

8. Adriatic League (ABA)

9.Greek A1 League10. Australia’s  National Basketball League

11. Lithuania’s LKL

12. Chinese Basketball Association

And there was no American Leagues on that list including HIBA.

He goes on to say, “I have spoken to a lot of teams owners that play in different leagues here in the US. And most of there end game is to help there players get film and get them overseas.  Our end  game is to become on of the better leagues in the world to play in. We live by this creed,”We can do all things through Christ the strengthen me”

Basketball on Pro level requires a lot time and hard on both side on the court and front office the sad part is that most of the pro leagues in the US is a high energy rec league. What I mean is they lack the structure and vision and proper training to become a real respectable pro league that notice around the world. By far the United is the greatest country in my opinion. We should have league’s  on that list. As the leader of HIIBA AND WHIBA  I must do better job to leading our company to become of the best organization to be part of .”
